Alice Hasters is an author, journalist and podcaster, and will be holding the opening lecture at this year’s Beethoven Festival. The Cologne-born, Berlin-based writer focuses, amongst other things, on racism, feminism and intersectionality.

For the latest episode of #ausgetrunken, Artistic Director Steven Walter met up with her at Siebter Himmel bookshop in Cologne, where, over a chilled rhubarb juice spritzer, they discussed her books, the concept of ‘home’ and responsibility within the cultural sector.
